This is an example of something that I need to understand. When you're walking down the street and you see someone who's in trouble, do you think you should help them? Do you have any more obligation or requirement to go and perform this action of helping?

I have always known that when the sun rises on the city, that's when people get a little crazy. I think that this is an important thing to take into consideration whenever you're walking down the streets at night. Some people might be a little crazy, and things might get wild down there.
